DEFINITIONS AND CONSTRUCTION: Unless specifically provided otherwise, words or phrases contained in these Terms have the same meaning as in Casino Rocket's internal policies and applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By accessing any service provided by Casino Rocket, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If a user does not accept these Terms they must discontinue use of services immediately.
USE OF SERVICES: Casino Rocket provides access to its services on an as-is basis. Users may only make lawful and reasonable use of the services, complying with all applicable laws and regulations in doing so.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: All content provided by Casino Rocket is its exclusive property or that which has been licensed to it. Intellectual property rights are reserved. Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or create derivative works without permission from the original owner where applicable and then only in accordance with any such license terms.
INDEMNIFICATION: Users indemnify Casino Rocket against all damages arising out of claims related to their use of services including but not limited to infringement of third-party rights whether intellectual property right or otherwise, breach of these Terms by users.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Casino Rocket's liability for any reason is strictly limited to the provision of services again if it fails in a material respect to do so notwithstanding reasonable efforts having been made to meet its obligations under applicable law as amended from time-to-time and then only up until the date that the parties agree in writing to the contrary.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Applicable laws of Casino Rocket's jurisdiction govern these Terms, and users submit themselves to such jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or related to its use of services notwithstanding any conflict with national law requiring otherwise by a higher authority where necessary.
